这样的感受有数据佐证:《2022年中国大学生就业报告》显示,在工作三年以后,学习农业类的高职毕业生月收入优势更明显,月收入可达6292元,相较于毕业半年后月收入3603元,涨幅可达74.6%,排名高职专业类第五名。

“事实上,农村广大的市场和发展潜力为各类毕业生提供了充足的创业机会和广阔的发展舞台。”在范双喜看来,相比文化水平低、能力较弱的农村本地劳动力群体,受过高等教育的高知识、包養高技能人群有着更加广阔的施展空间,是乡村振兴非常需要的人才:“他们懂科学栽培方法、数字化运营手段,从事农业行业有前途、有后劲,是一二三产业融合的先行者。包養網长期扎根耕耘,许多毕业生都能成为龙头企业、农业合作社负责人,技术骨干,能工巧匠等。”

3.营造适宜环境 实施“定岗定编”

“职教不进村,乡村难振兴。但发展面向乡村振兴的职业教育是一个系统工程,需多管齐下、综合施策。”江苏农林职业技术学包養網院党委书记简祖平呼吁,优先营造留住乡村振兴人才的人居环境。“我们包養应改变先生产后生活的理念,创造足以媲美城市的基本生活、娱乐、锻炼等诸多方面条件。建议国家包養網从涉农建设项目中拿出相应比例资金,按照中心城市标准规划、建设高标准的人居环境。在农业主产区的乡镇集中地,规划高水平民宅,鼓励年轻务农者集中居住,吸引有志向的年轻人回去,解决留得住、用得上、有发展的问题。”

在简祖平看来,“定岗定编”是破解人才“离农”问题的关键词。他认为,要实施以“定岗定编”就业为导向的就业鼓励政包養網策,培养振兴乡村“后继者”。“解决农业高素质技术技能人才‘下不去’‘留不住’难题,可以考虑对乡村振兴工作贡献突出的返乡创业毕业生,优先推荐担任乡村干部。各地可确定带有事业编制的农村基层就业岗位数量,并按照一定比例优先录用应届涉农职业院校毕业生就业,工作满3年,经考核合格后优先转为正式事业编制包養。解决‘包養網招不来’‘用不好’难题,则应在县市层面,特别是面向粮食主产区、国家粮食安全产业带、粮食生产功能区、重要农产品生产保护区等重点区域,进行单考单招,定向培养,设立专项奖励基金,给予一定生活补贴,吸引学生就读涉农专业,提升生源质量。”

黑龙江农业职业包養技术学院院长于波建议,加大对涉农专业人才培养支持力度。“为吸引更多优质生源报考涉农类专业,建议对涉农专业学生实施学费减免补助,并设立专项奖励基金,对优秀学生进行专项奖励,鼓励广大学子学农为农,投身农业农村事业发展,为乡村振兴储备人才。涉农专业生均培养经费标准,建议在现有基础上再提高15%~20%,改善办学条件,夯实发展基础。”

“可考虑设立毕业生在农业行业就业创业的特殊人才基金。农业行业薪资水平相对偏低,提高农科毕业生投身农业的积极性,就需要为在农业就业或创业的毕业生提供特殊领域就业津贴与创业补助。”朱佳萍建议,进一步加强实践育人平台建设,制定涉农专业实习实训基地建设补助及配套支持政策,围绕乡村振兴优质校优势涉农专业教学能力提升,配套建设全链式教学、科研、生产、实训、技术推广与示范高度集成的多功能综合性实训基地。

“此外,还可尝试组织实施优质校产教融合实训基地建设工程,积极鼓励政、行、校、企多元链接、多边合作,共建共享多元主体、优势互补、特色鲜明的校外实训基地。构建内外联动、一主多元的农科人才实践技能培训体系和长效机制。”于波最后强调。(光明日报记者 晋浩天)

中国网/中国发展门户网8月31日讯 中国儿童少年基金会“克里木儿童成长基金包養網”8月30日正式启动,同时该包養軟體基金支持的公益舞台剧《背叛的门牙》首映。

中国儿童少年基金包養app会秘书长朱锡生介绍,“克里木儿童成长基金”包養以新疆少数民族儿短期包養童为主要服务对象,通过广泛动员社会爱心力量,共同帮助新疆及其它地区贫困弱势儿童健康成长。为此,将主要开展包養以下四个方面的工作:一是为新疆等贫困地包養区的少年儿童提供基本生活必需品以及教辅用品包養網推薦,为他们创造良好的学习生活环境。二是发放儿童文学书籍,包養條件演出播放儿童舞台剧、影视产品等帮助弱势儿童开阔视野,树立正确的人包養生观包養,价值观。三是对有文体天赋的贫困儿童提供免费接受培训的机会,帮助他们走向成才之路。四是对适龄青少年开展职业技能和专业技包養术培训,帮助家庭脱贫致富。

因歌曲《包養網dcard阿凡提之歌》、《库尔班大叔你上哪儿》等而甜心寶貝包養網为人们广为熟知的维吾尔族著名艺术家克里木是“克里木儿童成长基金”的发起人。提起发起缘由,他说道,新疆是生我养我的地方,我对这片土地有着浓厚的情怀,在新疆的一些偏远山区,孩子们的生活、教育等状况还不尽如人意,还有很多包養留守、流动儿童,我很想为他们做些事情,所以设立“克里木儿童成长基金”,希望动员社会各界爱心力量,为他们营造良好的学习生活环境,帮助他们健康快乐成长。
